COVID-19 e preenchedores dérmicos na harmonização orofacial

چکیده

A busca por procedimentos estéticos tem aumentado devido a diversos fatores na sociedade moderna, levando as pessoas buscarem melhorias meio de não invasivos, como harmonização orofacial (HOF) realizada cirurgiões-dentistas (CD). O Ácido Hialurônico (AH) é considerado um dos melhores preenchedores atualmente, uma vez que substância naturalmente presente pele humana, embora sua quantidade diminua ao longo anos. preenchimento com AH pode proporcionar resultados positivos, amenizando linhas envelhecimento e melhorando o contorno facial. No entanto, importante destacar relação entre COVID-19 uso dérmicos. Com base em revisão narrativa análise dados disponíveis literatura, foi concluído aumentar risco desenvolvimento complicação rara, porém potencialmente grave, chamada edema tardio intermitente persistente (ETIP) após Estudos recentes sugerem vírus causar inflamação sistêmica alterações coagulação sanguínea, aumenta complicações aplicação preenchedores. Portanto, fundamental os profissionais saúde estejam cientes riscos potenciais tomem precauções para minimizar exposição pacientes. É também necessário avaliar cuidadosamente histórico médico pacientes antes do procedimento dérmico, fim identificar possíveis ETIP. objetivo dessa pesquisa é, através da literatura acerca utilização dérmicos, especialmente especialidade HOF.
